Role Overview (Full-Time)

We are seeking a Pharmacist or Scientist with holistic health / functional medicine expertise or interest to serve as Scientific Lead. This role focuses on critical review of scientific literature, clinical data, and model outputs to ensure evidence-based recommendations for healthcare providers.

The ideal candidate combines clinical knowledge, scientific rigor, and strong analytical skills to translate research into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate clinical studies, scientific articles, and health data

• Assess model outputs for clinical accuracy and reliability

• Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to guide model development

• Ensure all recommendations align with current regulatory and clinical standards

• Provide scientific input for product strategy and platform improvements

Required Skills & Experience

• Licensed pharmacist or advanced scientific training

• Strong understanding of holistic health or functional medicine (as a baseline)

• Critical thinking and ability to learn quickly

• Ability to review, synthesize, and interpret scientific literature

• Experience with data-driven healthcare decision-making is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher

• Previous experience in clinical research or health-tech environments

• Strong communication and collaboration skills across interdisciplinary teams
